Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on holidays and weekends are processed the following business day.

Orders within the United States typically arrive in 5–7 business days. All packages are shipped via USPS. Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary by destination, especially during peak holiday seasons. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, transit times are outside our control.

We accept returns for online purchases within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mintandsprinkle.com with your name and order number.

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re happy to help! Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned for a full refund (shipping costs not included). Return shipping will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Refund Process:
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
